Don't tell anyone, but I'm going to tell you a secret. I the head. Someone tell you a secret. You know, every time I April and I would get every time she would get pregnant, we would keep it a secret until we told our family. We wouldn't tell anyone until we told our fan do you know?...

Once we told our family, we told everyone. We're so excited, always excited about the possibility of the next child. We got thirty in heaven and four here on Earth, but we were always inside. Every time she got pregnant. We wanted the world to know. You see, some things are not intended to be private, some things are intended to be shared. When we see that truth here, going back all the way into Leviticus, we're still in Leviticus. Are Reading for the day as Leviticus seventeen through nineteen, and we're in Leviticus chapter seventeen today. That's where I want to address the things that we need to share, things that are not intended to be kept to ourselves. Levinicas seventeen, we see that they're certain foods that we are...

...to eat and certain foods were not to eat. Chapter eighteen kind of deals with moral purity. Chapter Nineteen there's various regulations in but we're in chapter seventeen and I want to read verses three through five. Any man from the House of Israel who slaughters and aughts or a lamb or a goat in the camp or who slaughters it outside the camp and has not brought into the doorway of the ten of meeting to present it as an offering to the Lord before the Tabernact of the Lord, blood guiltiness is to be reckoned to that man. He is shared blood and that man shall be cut off from a mom his people. The reason is so that the sons of Israel may bring their sacrifices, which they are sacrificed in the open field, that they may bring them...

...to the Lord the doorway of the ten of meeting, to the priest and sacrifice them as sacrifices of peace offerings to the Lord. What this is dealing with is God saying there aren't to be any private sacrifices. You're not to have these private little sacrifices. From the beginning, worship was to be corporate. There's something special about God's people gathering together to worship. There's something special about God coming and inhabiting the praise of his people as they gathered together, not private worship services but corporate worship services where the local church comes together. In fact, Paul says an Ephesians Chapter One, Verses Nineteen through twenty three. The that power is the same as the mighty strength he observed when he...

...raised Christ from the day and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms. Far about all rule and authority, power and the meaning and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. And God places all things on under his feet. And a point in him speaking of Jesus to be here over everything for the church, which is his body. The church is the fulls of him who feels everything in everyone. Don't Miss, Paul says the manifest and Power of God is in Christ. That same power that God used to raise Christ from the...

...dead is in Christ, who is the head of the church, and his church is the fullness of him and his power. The church, the local church, is the fullness of Christ's power, who is the fullness of God's unbelievable. What God is saying here. He's not saying God can't be experienced in nature. He's not saying you can't see God in nature. He's not saying you can't be out of nature of all, walking through the woods and begin worshiping. What he's saying, though, is that manifested power he, for whatever reason in his wisdom, placed within the local church. Now, before you get up said at this, keep in mind I didn't write Efesians. In fact I wasn't there when Paul wrote it. God didn't even ask...

...my opinion about it. This is God's word, it's what he said and it's very clear. It's not to say its presence can't be found elsewhere. It's just to say that his manifested presence he's decided to be within the local church. Now, I'll be in the first to say some churches are not true churches. Some are just dead and it's no wonder you can experience the power of God there, but that does not deny the truth of God's word. Perhaps those of us who never experienced God's power to church, perhaps is because we're members, are going to dead churches, I get it. But our experience is not a valid denial of God's Word, God's clear and so...

I say to those who have never experienced it in a local church, try to find a good local church so that you can experience what God says he intended for. The church Offesians in the bittic is going back here. This is the purpose of no private sacrifices. It seems to be that God is a people. God God, and we, as his children, should be a people people. We should love spending time with God's children, we should enjoy spending time with those who were saved and we should enjoy coming together and worshiping God together corporately as a family, as God intended. Further corporate worship guards against God's Children's true which was a huge temptation for the children of Israel,...

...as there in caning and some of them may live by themselves and if they begin worshiping God by themselves, they may start strain from true worship. And so God says no, we need to do this corporate worship so that you don't begin offering sacrifices to false gods or worshiping faults God's or going down a trail of Harrison. Corporate worship protects that. Even today, without the protection of the local church, individuals can be led astray in private worship. Just as a child of Israel could have sacretized God with the Gods of Canaan, so to today you and I can syncretize what we think is worship with God with things of this world, without the protection of a pastor, of a shepherd, of a local church and an accountability of studying God's Word Together...

...and worshiping him together. Corporate worship encourages accountability, which benefits us all and guards against the postasy. Hebrews chapter ten, when it says do not forsake the assembling together of yourselves. After that, read yourself. After that, the right of Hebrews starts talking about the postacy. It seems to be that he's saying when we start to stop worshiping together, when we begin to cease coming together and worshiping. That's the first steps that go lead to apostacy. And you know what? I've seen that. I've seen that by people who quit coming to church. A lot of times, though, stop coming because of seeing that they're enjoying or something going on. Where they get their feelings...

...are? They get mad or something in instead of forgiving, they hold on the bitterness which is seeing, and before long they start excusing their sin and then they start saying things like well, I don't have to go to church to be saved, which is rout, but they say it to offer an excuse for not going to church. And then all of a sudden they don't believe what they want to see, they don't obey, they don't follow and they just get further and further away from God. That's why, going all the way back to Leviticus, God didn't want worship to be some sort of pride thing between us and God. He wanted corporate worship, or we come together as his family, worshiping our father, as a family of God, together and then keeping each other accountable, making sure we don't stray. Well...

...and left to our own soul competency, without any accountability, we are all tempted by our deceptive hearts to make compromises which lead to see him, and so see him and it's temporary enjoyment tempts us to reconsider scriptural teachings, which leads to apostasy. I just encourage you to worship corporately. Does cold corporate worship safe people? No, no, no, no, no no. If you're going to church and you think that says you're wrong, you can't be saved. Are Going to church, you say, only by the grace of Jesus Christ, whether you go to church or man. However, does, course, worship protect us from ourselves? You better believe it. That's what God intended. Moreover, the father wants us to enjoy our brothers and...

...sisters in him. He's a big God with a big heart and he has a big family. He's a people God and he wants his children to be people. People worship is not to be private. Let's share enjoy God's power together. And, by the way, what a great opportunity, even through social media, for us to share with us what God's doing in our lives through worship and share just to encouragement as we continue through our study of God's word. Our next reading will be Leviticus Chapter Twenty through twenty two, and also saw many five salt ninety vibes going to be dealing with a warning against going the path that the children of Israel went, where they wandered for forty years. But it's our reading viticus twenty through twenty two and Sol ninety five.

But I want to pray with you before we leave today. Father, I thank you again for your amazing word. God have timely, it is even all the way back in the because we're reading these general laws and we're seeing how incredibly applicable they are. Father, thank you for that. Thank you for reminding us that you intended worship to be something where we experience it with others and that worship, when we experience with others, it's just double its manifest and in so doing we also keep ourselves accountable. So, father, thank you for teaching us, even through the pages of Leviticus that would ultimately point to a Fesians chapter one, the truths of corporate worship and the power of the area. Father, I pray for anyone who doesn't have a strong church, God, that you will help them find it, provided where...

...they can enjoy what I'm speaking about, where they can enjoy the power of God manifested in ways that you've chosen in your wisdom, to only manifest through the local church and that joint worship, how just lives, our spirits feeding off of each other and worship to a great God. Morn, I pray you will help them find that church, where it also protects and guards them, guards us from ourselves. Thank you for that truth. Pray that you'll continue to be with us even this day. Christ name, we pray Amen. Thank you again for joining us today.
